Welcome to our online field trip reservation system. Please follow these steps to book your field trip. 

Teachers: Each time slot accommodates up to 120 people, this includes students, adults and siblings. Each class gets one teacher and one aide free of charge. If you are booking for multiple classes and have less than 120 people, you may use just one check-in time. If you have more than 120, please select an additional check-in time for the remainder of your group. 

Step 1: Select a day that you would like to have your field trip.

Step 2: Check availability for that day and select your preferred check-in
time. The scheduled activities of your field trip last about 2 hours.

Step 3: Once you have completed selecting your reservations, hit Checkout to
continue on making the reservation.

Step 4: You will have the opportunity to add-on a carousel ride, coyote
mountain, the corn maze or a cookie for each student after you have put in
the class information.

Step 5: If you are booking for more than one class, please be sure that you
select the appropriate amount of teachers and aides that will be the two
free for each class.

Step 6 : For payment we accept PO's, Credit Cards, School Checks and Cash.
